Who am I??  I’m a poet, a philanthropist and an anarchist apiarist.  I’m also profoundly unfunny although I am quite certain I will never acknowledge that fact to anyone other than myself while crying in my room.  Oh wait…I just did.

I’m almost 39 and the dad of two wonderful girls and the soon to be husband of an amazing woman.  I live in London, Ontario.

Regardless, I’ve had a pretty interesting life story and on this blog you can find my ongoing struggle with staying fit.  I’ve dealt with the suicide my a spouse and raising girls on my own.  They now have a wonderful new mom and there is always lots of blog fodder there.  What’ll you’ll likely find is a series of disconnect and random ramblings by a man who is barely on the right side of 40 🙂  Enjoy and your comments are always welcome!
